Multiple unrelated web site errors (downloading statements, chat, e-mail)

WHAT IS A GOOD E-MAIL ADDRESS????!!?!?!?!

 

I called DirecTV and described the errors below in detail. The agent understood & confirmed all the errors on her end. More than two months later, ALL the errors remain.

1. Since April: When I view the list of statements and click on one, it pops up in a new window. When I click the "Download" link, I get an error page.

2. On the "Contact Us" page, when I click "Chat with a DIRECTV representative," it just takes me to the "How do I contact DIRECTV?" page and no chat window appears.

3. On the "How do I contact DIRECTV?" page, when I click the Email button, an Outlook message window opens. The subject line is "How do I contact DIRECTV?" and the text is pre-filled with a link to the same page. The "To:" field is empty.

This is infuriating. I can only imagine that a disgruntled employee caused these errors intentionally to sabotage the company and anger customers. I can't imagine that any company would fail to fix these errors after being notified by a customer. Do you have any plan to fix these?

DTV doesn't have email support, due to Covid-19 all CSRs are on the phones leaving none for chat.

Not surprised, thank you. I just spoke with an agent who gave me the address [email scrubbed]. The agent unequivocally said "yes" when I asked him multiple times if someone monitored e-mail address and would read my message. I sent a message to that address and got a bounce-back minutes later.
