My bill is incorrect

You have started charging me for HBO n other channels because my trial period is up. I was told that you would email me when trial period was up so I could XX if I didn’t want them I did not receive a reminder and do not want those movie channels. You need to XX them n take it off my bill

You where told incorrect info DTV has never sent emails to tell you when the promotions end that is counted down on your bill. You have to call to get them removed.
