NBA League Pass not working on NBA app

Recently purchased NBA league pass via DirecTV, it is working just fine on the TV. But when I try to watch games on the NBA app on both mobile and on the computer, after logging into DirecTV as the TV Provider the NBA app does not acknowledge that I have League Pass. I have been emailing with the NBA League Pass people for a full week getting absolutely nowhere, to whom should I talk to resolve this issue the fastest?

I will provide you the steps to make sure you can gain access to the NBA League Pass:

1. On your computer, go to
https://direc.tv/3mmpIil.
2. Sign in to your
https://direc.tv/3BpYduR account or create an https://direc.tv/3BpYduR account if you don't already have one.
3. Select DIRECTV as your Television Provider.
4. Use your myAT&T account email address and password to sign in.
5. If you see a confirmation message, you're done.

Tried that. Your first link takes me to a page that says "content unavailable" so I'm unable to authenticate.

Thanks for sharing that screenshot. Please clear the cache/cookies on your device and let us know if you're still getting the "content unavailable" message.

I am able to get into the DirecTV account on the NBA app, there are problems on your end authenticating that I actually have League Pass Resulting in the App not granting access to it.

I’m actually having the exact same problem. I’m able to connect to my DIRECTV account in the NBA app on my Apple TV but it doesn’t recognize that I have a league pass subscription. The same thing happened for weeks last year until it just fixed itself somehow
