NBA League Pass not working on NBA app

Recently purchased NBA league pass via DirecTV, it is working just fine on the TV. But when I try to watch games on the NBA app on both mobile and on the computer, after logging into DirecTV as the TV Provider the NBA app does not acknowledge that I have League Pass. I have been emailing with the NBA League Pass people for a full week getting absolutely nowhere, to whom should I talk to resolve this issue the fastest?

An update: mine authenticated after a couple of days and now seems to work. But the TV provider now says DIRECTV Stream, when before (when it wasn't working) it said DIRECTV. I'm a customer of the latter, not the former. So I wonder if it's a subscriber hand-off issue between the different DIRECTV platforms and NBA League Pass. I know this happens every year so probably not, but that was the one thing I noticed.

Correction to the above: it's not working again...

What a joke. Start pro-rating our subscriptions rather than continuing to make excuses.

Same issues.  Watched it yesterday (Tuesday), but nothing today.  It's obviously an issue on DirecTV end since others without DirecTV are not having this problem.  I agree with the prorating.  This stuff is too expensive to have these types of issues.  Get us all a solution quickly.  This is just not right!!

Just to be clear...League Pass is fine on my television.  I can't get it on my Iphone or my laptop, or my Firestick.

At the moment, there is a reported outage about the NBA showing as "DIRECTV STREAM" login instead of "DIRECTV" for satellite account, and we are currently working to get it fixed as soon as possible.

ABSOLUTELY 100% (Edited per community guidelines) OFFF!  I go through this (Edited per community guidelines) between DirecTV and NBA League Pass every f-ing year until League Pass does "something" to make it work a month into the season.  This is a complete ripoff when, as I look through these posts, it is happening all over the country.  WHY?  Seriously, WHY?  NFL Sunday Ticket is auto-renewed with TV and Online access available on Week 1.  Why do your both do this to customers who really DO want to support this league?  Is there anybody in charge to not just share this complaint, but to send it up the line to Adam Silver, 'cause represents his product.  Lest you ask, I've cleared browsers, signed-in/signed-out, tried PC and mobile....nothing logs in.  I feel ripped off...

@DIRECTVhelp im having the same issue to this is unacceptable I been a direct tv and nba league pass customer for 10 plus year and this is unacceptable I’m on the road all the time and use the app to watch games any eta on when the issue will be fixed

Latest update…

Thursday night - working
Friday night - not working 

I log out of DIRECTV. Log back in and get a message “congratulations, you have access to NBA League Pass.” Great!

Try accessing a game. Says I don’t have access. But now I see the infamous DIRECTV Stream icon in the corner. 

The engineers responsible for this mess should be embarrassed. It takes real effort to have a different customer experience each day.

3 days working...NOW IT TELLS ME I'M DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THIS GAME!!!! (*!^(%$%*&! I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR THIS!!!!! IS THERE ANYBODY, ALIVE, THAT WILL ADDRESS THIS, AND I MEAN RIGHT NOW!!!! You lousy f*&***s are stealing our money! WHAT IS THE F--ing PROBLEM????!!!  

On the NBA site it doesn't list anywhere that I have a digital subscription, which IS INCLUDED in this League Pass price.  There are too many of us with the same damn problem, so we KNOW IT'S BETWEEN YOU AND NBA LEAGUE PASS, not us the customers.
