Need tech to set up my service- I’ve been stood up 2x

We had an appointment yesterday the tech never showed even though we kept getting email update saying he was on his way then all of a sudden it said he was canceled because he couldn’t find our address which is silly because the previous owner of this house had DIRECTV. After talking to seven customer service representatives we were given another appointment today the guy never showed and canceled our appointment again saying he couldn’t find the address I’m getting really frustrated I talked to 4  customer service representatives today and was told that the responding technician would call me they never did what the heck am I supposed to do? Go to spectrum?
