There are no CSRs available for chat they are on the phones.

Yeah, they don't seem to be supporting chat at the moment. No button to press next to the "Prefer to chat?" heading.

PS: In my case, while phone support sounds fine, it won't work for me. I need someone on the chat system to get me a transcript. The phone people already told me they can't do that.
