need to speak to someone above an supervisor
Had 2 unauthorized charges and no one could help me. A supervisor was suppose to call me within an hour....has been almost 3 hrs now. Long story.... will anyone with any kind of power to make a decision or over ride a problem. I'm in tears now and so frustrated because last person hung up on me and I did not yell or us profanity. Want to talk to corporate person. I've been a loyal customer with no problems and complaints but feeling pretty stupid for referring several friends to Directv no. Some please help and in a timely fashion.

After talking with 3 agents, it was the 4th agent who was able to find a solution to help. I am grateful for her help and can only wonder why the others were so short with me and didn't want to even bother finding a solution. A manager finally called me 2 hours after I spoke with last agent and 5 hours after he was to have returned my call.
so....issue resolved.
