New promotion Discount

I don’t understand how direct tv can’t give me back my new customer promotion after they messed up I’ve been getting the run around for weeks and nobody can give me a straight answer

Not sure what sort of "promotion discount" you're asking about. We all got to be new customers once, and it's unrealistic to expect those sweet prices to last forever.

Exactly I’ve only been with them for 3 months and they screwed so now I lost my promotion because of their mistake, thanks for assuming I’m not a new customer bud

What does it say on your order confirmation?

Most promotions only run for the first 3-months. Sometimes one year.

Promotion is good for a year then my payment would increase to 124.00

the promotion included 3 months of showtime Cinemax and starz

HBO free for a year

 And NFL Sunday ticket

now I am being forced to pay way more then I should. I literally went from paying 90.00 to 160.00 they don’t understand in a matter of a month because I asked a question

That's great that your order confirmations shows what you were promised. Try this ....

Call DirecTV at 1 800 531 5000 and say "cancel" at the voice prompt. You'll connect with a Retention Specialist. They're usually better trained than the regular call center folks. Good luck!
