NFL Sunday Ticket - Billed too Early

I was billed a day before the free trial period was set to end and I want a refund. I don't want to subscribe to Sunday Ticket, it is not worth the cost, and I want my money back since the free trial period doesn't end today yet I was still billed today before I could cancel.

Your phone numbers are also not being answered despite saying on the website and on the automated phone screen robot that your hours are until midnight EST (robot said central). It's not midnight anywhere in the US right now.

The free week trial is for nflsundayticket.TV, the streaming-only version for university students or others who are eligible by not able to have DirecTV (satellite). To cancel you log into your account.

DirecTV (satellite) does not have a free week trial. They only open the first Sunday of the season to all. Once you are subscribed, you only have until the season starts to cancel. You can enjoy the free Sunday and then decide if you want to subscribe or not. Getting billed means you were already subscribed.

DirecTV (satellite) regular customer support hours are until midnight EST. Their parent owner AT&T has customer support hours until 9pm Central. So it sounds like you called the AT&T number instead of the DirecTV one. However, DirecTV customer support cannot assist with the streaming-only version as that support is through that specific website.

In either case they are not our numbers and you will not get a refund here. This is a public forum of other customers. For official support you either call DirecTV (if you have satellite service) or go onto the website if you have the .TV streaming-only version.
