Nightmare of a service

I signed up for AT&T direct TV 15 months ago and what a mistake this has been. When I first signed on for the promo package it was $35 per month. Every other month they tried to add on movie channels that I never ask for. My bill was never the agreed upon amount. I had to call nearly every month about my bill and it takes half an hour every time. After the first year of the promo my bill went to $93 per month. I called and got this adjusted or so they will tell you just to get you to hold on one more month. Another month goes on and yet and again the bill is never as promised. After 15 months of this nonsense I finally called today to cancel my service and just like always they say oh well from here on it will be the agreed upon amount but I know better now they will not hold up their end. Finally I canceled this service because I am just disgusted with the treatment and always having them trying to get over on me. I would never recommend this service..BUYER BE WARE!! I do not recommend this service..strongly discourse this service! Oh not to mention that if a light rain shower blows over service may not work for who knows how long.
