No link showing to make a payment arrangement on this redesigned site

The payment website has changed since last month...Do no see where to make a payment arrangement. There is no link there.

i believe that if the link isn't showing up then your not eligible for a payment arrangement as i just logged into my account and the link is there. reasons for ineligibility the account is already past due or there's been too many payment arrangements in the past,  or the bill has already been processed

Hello @techillustrator1, let's work together on your payment arrangement.

We recommend you to make sure your are using a supported browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, clear cookies and caches. Finally:

1. Sign in to your DIRECTV account.
2. Select Need more time to pay? In the My Account section.
3. If the Request a Service Interruption Extension window displays, you’re eligible for a service extension.
4. Select your expected payment date and Submit
