No Real Response from @ATTHelp

On May 20, I posted an issue on this forum, @ATTHelp responded that they would assist, no help has been provided since that initial response email.

I have been overcharged for months for HBO. As I pay for 4 lines of Unlimted Elite wireless, it should be included in my Directv package. I have engaged with Directv on a regular basis and the problem remains unsolved. I will be terminating my relationship with Dirtectv when my conract end date comes in August as this level of poor customer service is unacceptable. I am also considering ending my relationship with ATT for wireless service.

Unfortunately, that seems to be typical for the current ATTHelp team. I presume your wireless and Directv accounts are under the same name and address and that you did complete the activation of your wireless number for the free HBO? Before you give up, escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. If they can’t or won’t resolve, no one will.

Thank you for your advice. I was contacted once by ATTHelp, then crickets. Yes, I have both of my accounts linked on the webpage and already had the free HBO under my previous Unlimited wireless service. When I upgraded, that was when the problem started. It is sad to hear that the only recourse now is to go to the FCC. I have spent hours and hours on chat boxes, on hold by phone, and speaking to service reps, several told me they would fix the problem, yet no action in almost 6 months.
