Not honoring what i was promised
Hello back in December 2018 i called to cancel my service and i spoke with Victoria in the loyalty department. I was promised that they would make the remaining payments of my current nfl ticket (which they did that part) and i would recieve the nfl ticket for free for 2019, and i would also get to add another reciever with no contract or add on charge (they honored the extra reciever that i pay a monthly charge on). This was promised to me so i would not cancel my service. Now after several people assured me that the NFL ticket would be free (nicole on 7/25/19, Jhoanna 8/3/19, erin 9/18/19) they do not want to honor what they promised me back in December. I would not have stayed with your company this long if i hadn't been promised the nfl ticket for free for this year (because i had a better offer at the time from another company), and i feel they did a bait and switch and kept me as a customer making another estimated $800 from me just to tell me now that they will not honor what they promised me. I spoke with shawn (kelly's supervisor in the loyalty dept....i think his name was shawn or shane) today after speaking with Kelly. And they both stated they saw where this was promised but that they could not give it to me as promised and he would not make it right. I feel truly lied to and scammed. Is this what ur company does? Is it normal practice to lie to ur customers? I would like u to see I DO HAVE THIS IN WRITING. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
