Old Account

When I try to log into my Direct TV account it links to an old account. How can I delete that account and get my new one working online.

We understand how frustrating not being able to sign in can be @ksweat801, but not to worry we're here to help!

 

You will want to create your new AT&T Access ID and add your DIRECTV account under that access ID in order to sign into your DIRECTV account.

 

Please note that there are two tabs, one for creating your Access ID, and another for Adding your accounts.

@ATTHelp I have an AT&T account with the correct information, however it does not allow me to log into the Direct TV app or the Direct TV web site. It only works on the AT&T website and app. I need the Direct TV side to work.

What type of new account do you have (Internet, U-verse, or DIRECTV)?

Is your previous DIRECTV account disconnected? If so, how long ago was this disconnection?

Do you remember your previous account log in information? If not, reset your password, and attempt to log in using those credentials. We hope to hear back from you soon.
