Old bill
I had a secound account at my lake house last year,after many months of it not working properly I had it discnected,after calling for several months I finally recieved a shipping label to return equipment and was promised I would have all charges removed for this account.i am now receiving calls from a collection agency saying I owe att money for this account.i am a current customer who spends over 500.00 a month with att but if this isn't fixed I will take my business elsewhere,I have been fighting with this account for over a year now being turned into collections is the last straw

I am dealing with the same issue. Getting calls 2x per day. Sending a complaint to the Arizona Attorney generals office.
