online bill pay
Ever since AT&T took over Direct TV I have had difficulty paying my bill on line. You have made it difficult to navigate. Also, a new one today - I was told that my user ID that I use every month - and password are not correct. Your system wanted to send me my ID so I typed in my email address which it wouldn't accept. Not quite sure what is going on with you guys but you want people to pay on line but have made it very difficult. A real turn-off.
