Online chat for DirecTV customer service

I have been trying to access live chat because I am not where I can talk on the phone.  I have tried for 2 weeks now.  The contact page has the live chat heading and says our representatives are here to help, but there is no chat now button like there usually is.  I have tried on Firefox, IE and different devices.

It appears CHAT is truly not available in spite of what "Customer Service" page says!
