only 1 channel on directv for last few days

power outage in the area on Friday - when the power came on an hour later, directv was only on the channel (AMC) it was on at the time of outage.   We have unplugged and restarted everything several times but there is NO channel list available, no way to change the channel.   Channel changer works fine on other locations (Netflix, Disney, etc.)   So, nothing on Directv for the last few days......

Do you have two separate satellite cables (no splitters) all the way from the receiver to the dish or multiswitch?

If so, then try resetting the receiver (menu/settings/setup/reset/restart receiver). You may need to restart a couple of times. If that doesn't work, you may have a defective dish, cable, or receiver. Check the signal levels on both tuners. You should see similar numbers for both.
