Opt In History Channel
Hello Folks, I did the opt-in via the webpage and got a "Good News" prompt that I successfully completed the task. I was on the phone with an ATT rep for almost an hour earlier in the evening before I found this solution online. How long before the channels start working again? Thanks in advance

I am having a very difficult time with this link to opt in. Has anyone been successful using it? Yesterday and today I had lengthy discussions with sport. Now I can’t even logon to the site. It doesn’t recognize my password, so I successfully changed it, and that password does not work as well. It flips me to an ATT site which logged me off within about 10 seconds saying that I’m not using TV services. The support personnel have been nice, but no solutions. Well, one solution is to upgrade and pay more money to get the channels. If anyone has suggestions, they were very much be appreciated.

Per the instructions I read on another post, I tried the "refresh equipment" step and when that did nothing, I then "Reset the Receiver". Still missing the channels..............Thank you
