Our Bill for an unagreed to change from an employee account to a customer account
My husband, Robert (Edited per community guidelines), was a long term ATT & Direct TV Manager. When he recently quit, the company changed him from an employee account (free) to a customer account without notifying us, or obtaining our agreement, and now we have a bill that needs to be removed.
What are the steps to have this resolved?

There is no such thing as an employee account. He already had a consumer account, his account did not change, he simply lost the employee discount since he’s no longer an employee. They didn’t need your approval nor were they obligated to inform you. You should have known the discount would be removed. You are wasting your time asking for a bill to be removed. If you don’t wish to pay for the service, you need to cancel it.
