Over charged

I have been over charged for my October bill .I have a screen shot from a conversation saying what my October and November charges will be

Thank you for reaching out to us here, we'd love to look into this for you here! Did you make any changes to your service or account? Service changes can affect your bill and it may take 1 to 2 billing cycle before it reflects on your bill.
