Pandemic and the cost of our service

I am a long time customer of directv, going on 20 years now over the last 2 addresses. We are facing issues with the high bill at this time because of the pandemic. I called to see what I could do to get my $155 monthly bill lowered. He asked what we watch, I said sports among other things. And he said because there is a pandemic you don't need sports. So glad they are here to support us. And that they have such great customer service.

well it would lower your bill and since theres no sports in sight right now it would be the best thing to do, directv ceo announced at the beginning of the year there will be no more discounts extended to existing customers, customer service agents cant give you whats not there to give so offering to cut packages and lowering your package to an affordable level is their only option.
