I already have a paid (1 yr sub) to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME (thru Paramount)
Will I still get it free once my subscription expires in 7 months.
(Can I get a refund/rebate for remaining months of my prepaid sub)?
Will I be able to (only) access the DirecTV Paramount+ directly thru my DTV Equipment soon (or now) as opposed to having option to use my Roku device?
Is the free access available to all DTV package levels?

1. Yes, as long as you pay for Showtime through directv, Paramount Plus should be included as part of it, with no extra charge. Simply log into the Paramount Plus application through directv as your TV provider. As a note, currently, Paramount + has not yet updated their app to include sign in through DIRECTV, but this will be coming soon afaik.
As far as a refund for remaining months, you’d have to do that through Paramount as you got the paid 1 year subscription through them.
2. You should be able to access Paramount + content both on the receiver as well as on the Paramount + app.
3. Yes. You simply must be subscribed to Showtime thru directv.

"Paramount + has not yet updated their app to include sign in through DIRECTV, but this will be coming soon..."
THAT's a long shot. Have been duped for months, first Jan, then, Jan 8th, now "soon?"
Clearly, no one has a clue.
And that, "...huge catalog of On Demand content..."
4 out of 5 of current Paramount+ exclusives, DTV offers them as rent or buy only. 4 of 5!

Well, thnks, but just proves my point, no one has a clue and yet the hype is still being put out as if it were happening.
NOTHING more frustrating than looking for something that's SUPPOSED to be out there when it's not. After 22 years with DTV it's not surprising, I just feel like sharing

Margie, I'm not looking for a job and both of your comments are completely non responsive to the issue.
Considering the boilerplate disclaimer which is your signature, I don't actually know for whom you speak; ("...our attention..." and "... we understand..."). You should however, if not pasting from a script, ask if DTV is hiring for their marketing department. Truly.
I welcome any actual information when [if] it becomes available

So I was able to log into a paramount plus app via my DirecTV login back a couple weeks ago when it started. Today I tried to log in and there is no “sign with provider” selection. When I log in with the account that I created with Paramount Plus app when I created like it said to, it wants me to sign up for paid service and I can only watch the free section. And yes I have all the showtimes and paraamount channels in my dtv account. So what’s the deal Paramount reneged on the deal or is there something new I have to do?

Not sure what is happening as I was able to go to the Paramount+ website and selected the TV provider and created an account with my DTV login.
AFAIK you have to cancel your Paramount+ account you made with them and wait until it expires before you can sign in through the provider page if you used the same email for both.

Thanks Shannon02! I found the problem that paramount didn’t advise you needed to do. Have to log into paramount plus.com go to your account and in there is link to link your paramountplus account to a provider account. Once I did that, it solved the problem. Thanks again Shannon02 because had you not directed me there I would’ve never found it.

Well, first, Shannon has a remarkable history of addressing the actual question raised and with reliable answers.(from per exp).
But, just FYI, I had been all set, phone, Roku and of course, DTV for a week or so when some glitch took over (13Feb) and I experienced exactly what Animalmutha1201 described.
No amount of deleting apps rebooting etc had any effect. Yesterday's attempt, no different from the prev 2 days, worked on my phone and when I reinstalled P+ on Roku it just came up in my acct...no need to sign in even.
It's a mystery
