@Dcancienne19 You can check your DIRECTV account number in the upper right corner of your bill or by signing in to your DIRECTV account https://www.directv.com/AccountOverview and look for tap Billing & Payments. If you don't have an online account, here https://www.directv.com/support/satellite/article/KM1446164, you can find information about how to create and manage it. Thank you for choosing DIRECTV. Log into your account online. If you've never logged in you can setup the login on the DirecTV website with information beyond your account number. You can pay there as well.

If you pay over the phone with the voice system or online it posts same day. By any other 3rd party method (bank's bill pay, MoneyGram, etc.) it can take up to 3 business days to post. If you mail a check there is no guarantee when they receive it, especially during holiday season, and it is counted when they cash it not when you mailed it.
