pay without signing in option for directv

ATT makes you put your account number in the phone number associated with the account will not work. That is why no one can pay without signing in. Not sure why ATT will not make this an option if it is listed as an option. 

 

For me, directv is the best choice. This is robbery plain and simple. These packages are getting worse and worse if you are a dedicated customer. No appreciation for your prison time with them.

No TV provider has any control over the programming on the channels.

 

There is the automated phone pay option or for an additional fee you can talk to a CSR.

I changed my pass word and the system still will not take it

@A4789c you are replying to a two year old thread. Anyways, as this is a public forum, the most we can do is ask you to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say sign-in help to the robot. That way, you are sent to an agent from the sign-in department that can help verify the status of your account (i.e. locked, not authenticated, etc.)
