Payment

I am a disabled veteran who was recently discharged from the hospital after a 45-day stay. My service was disconnected doing that time, and I need to pay 760.00 for them to restore I asked to pay a partial payment to restore service and pay the remaining amount on Jan 6, but I am told there is nothing they can do
