Poor movie quality

Ordered a movie last night and the sound quality was Very Poor !!!!! I would like a refund. Thanks

Which movie, and what equipment? Have you tried a red button reset, what is your current sound setup? Thanks. Also we are a public forum and customers just like you so we wouldn’t be able to refund you for the movie. However, we can troubleshoot the issue to find possible reasons for poor audio quality.
