Positive FeedBack Deserved

Know it is usually negative feedback Direct TV receives but would like to give a positive! We are from Canada (snowbirds) and due to covid, border closure, etc could not use our tv for approx 2 yrs and other than cancelling would have been billed? Direct TV understood and allowed very extended vacation period during this time! Thanks retired folks appreciate the savings!!!
