PRE-PAID CARD REFUND DUE

REF # 1-261518436154 - ref to returned equipment and overcharges for Mar/April 2022.

Third time calling - and escalating the request.

Print a nice billing statement with -$94.17

No refund is processed.

I talked to this Customer Service Representative again for the third time in months to get this done.

Assures - VENDOR is not issuing the card!

Their service center notifies - NOT issued by Vendor!

Work on this one - or Attorney General will Help along with this request.

Dollars are short and necessary refund or else - notice to necessary authorities to help forge the right answers.

Not kidding!

NOT a way to run a business!

This is a public forum and we are customers just like you. There’s nothing we can do to fix your returned equipment request. If you still have the shipping receipt from FedEx or UPS then that will be proof. However, if not, you may need to try a BBB complaint if DIRECTV won’t refund you the money.

Thank you for the Voice - there have been multiple issues with this company on many fronts - When you have OLD equipment repackaging the technologies failure creates loss of signal-business-and-revenue.  Their problem is $$'s to repay those mistakes - as they don't have the right supply-chain to fix it in knowledge and Above Signal Strengths.  The main problem here was another company Broad-banning their signal so strong it blocked their signal.  ** THIS ** is USA - but in media - it is an ugly one of WHO has the strongest muscles to bury the rest of us! ** FCC ** BBB ** that is just a ruler of what is NOT working with these evils.  Thank you for your kindly reminder.  Sometimes a bulletin board out is best for all of us to consider the losses of our freedom to the "truth" and business in the same breath.  Press On!
