Prior month's bill

Where can I view a prior month's bill? "View Bill" only displays the current bill and has no links to anything prior.

Hello @Motogopher, thank you for reaching out to us, we're here to help.

To see your previous bills, you can sign in on your DirecTV account, and follow these steps:

1. Go to My Account area.

2. Select My Bills & Transactions and then click on Statements & Paperless billing.

3. Select the bill statement you would like to review.

In case you want to print a specific bill statement, click on Print. Remember that you can see your billing statements up to 24 months in the past. In case you need older bill statements, please contact us.

This doesn't work. I've been following those exact steps and the option "Statements & Paperless Billing" doesn't exist. I am using an Android and this menu is the same on both the mobile and desktop sites. The option "Recent Activity" is useless as it only shows the current bill details even though the last paid bill is really the recent one. Help please. Thanks.

Hey there @Motogopher! Did you sign up on your account using the link shared above, before following these steps? If not, please sign in through the DirecTV website here, and follow the steps.

If you are using myAT&T channel, please click on your name at the upper tool bar on the website. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on View & pay bill, and then select a bill period using the drop-down button under your account number. In my AT&T website or App, you can check up to 15 bill statements in the past. In case you need to print any specific bill statement, select it and then scroll down until you see the Print option, below the Bill total.

Did it work? Let us know if you need further assistance.

So it looks like the problem is the mobile experience. The pure mobile site has different menu options than than the pure desktop site. I also seemed to have landed in a semi-desktop site when going directly to DirecTV as opposed to starting at the ATT site. Whew. So, I was able to pull up a prior bill and got my question answered as to why it was cheaper last month - regional sports fee credit. Thank you both!
