Promised rewards cards but never received

Who do we talk to about promised rewards but never received?

Trying to figure out next steps in this battle to get to the appropriate person at AT&T.  I signed up for an upgrade on my direct TV subscription and ATT internet service and was supposed to receive $500 in two separate rewards cards.  I have all of this documented via chat when I signed up for the upgrade.  I called and chatted to get the status when I did not receive, and was told that the both rewards cards were in the mail.  I have yet to receive.   The rewards department was of no help!  After many hours on the phone and on the chat with different departments at AT&T and getting looped around from department to department, I finally went into the AT&T store to show documentation and proof of what I had been promised.  They were very nice but not much they could do - they also put me on the phone with AT&T representatives and bore witness the absolute ridiculousness and the loop from department to department.   

 

Now I am ready to take this to a higher level as AT&T has taken no responsibility or accountabilty and has made no attempt to make this right with me as a customer.   Any suggestions?

Good thing you have documentation.

You need to work with the Reward Center ....
