promotion

Here is my problem AT&T/DirecTV , I have tried numerous times to get my incentives and promotions reinstated

( it is a hassle to call in to get 6 and 12 month promotions reactivated, but I do it  )  but recently I have been told that no more promotions are available .

these discounts kept my bill affordable and with out them my bill almost doubles , I have been told for months " maybe they will come back "

Well I'm sorry to say I have to change my cable service with a new introductory offer from a new provider and cancel my DirecTV account.

I thought You would be more accommodating to a lifelong ATT customer but I no other choice but to handle it this way ,  I will say that maybe I will be back because I guess I have to bounce from one introductory offer to another ( they are great even yours / free NFL ticket ) .

Its sad you would lose a customer over playing these games ,

Right. They're cracking down on continual "promotional" pricing deals. Hey, we all got to be new customers once upon a time. It's not realistic to expect a company to continually renew those sweet pricing deals. If switching providers every two years floats your boat, go for it!
