Protection plan

I cannot get the link for filing a protection plan claim to work. It gives me an error code and will not go to the page for filing a claim. I cannot get anyone on the phone to file a claim.

We'd like to help you with your claim. Could you describe the current issue you are having with your services? Have you tried to file the claim using a different web browser?

You can file a claim online here at directv.com/protection or you can call DIRECTV at 855.422.1614.

im kenny imalso trying to do a new phone protection plan an registration so i dont brake this new phone and and out another phone
