Hi we have been a AT&T costumer for a year and a half and had nothing but problems with their service. then they act like it is our fault.  They owe me a credit of over $300. dollars for 8 months and refuse to pay it back now if that was them and we owed them the shut the service off and act like their god.  I never ever had my service disconnected before until now but yet the do not want to pay the credit back to us they are a crook  .

They came out and replace the dish and left the old dish and all the trash in my yard this is B. S.  .  We are not their maids Then we call them you are on the phone for hour at least .  AND in the four hours I talked to 16 people and they said they could not transfer me to a manager. so they gave me a number to call a manager supposedly and coming to find out it was a Date hot line that was defensive were do we win the thing called what Is right for us and if we go to another service they say we broken contract   any Ideas for me thank you Paul

DTV doesn't remove any dishes you own it. So why did you sign off on the work order when they didn't clean up?  There is no longer any email support you have to call or chat.
