Received an email stating equipment return kit mailed
I cancelled my service on 9/5/19. I was told on the phone and on the website to bring my equipment to nearest UPS store for them to box up and return. I did this and have a confirmation receipt from them. However, later that evening i received an email stating that my equipment return kit has been mailed and i should receive it in 4-7 days. Again, i have the receipt from the ups store that verifies all of the serial numbers that i gave them. How to proceed now?

When the system doesn't detect a UPS Store or Fedex Office location with range (5 miles for some accounts, 10 for others) the kit goes out automatically, but the stores can still take them. You should be fine. Hold on to that UPS tracking in case there's an issue (you'd get more letters about returning equipment).
