Receiver not listed under "my equipment"

On the website, under "my equipment" my receiver isn't listed.  It shows as "Genie 2 (offline)" "Removed!"    I do actually have a Genie 2 and it's working fine.

 

I suspect that this might be related to the issues when I got my Genie 2 a couple of years ago and the first one or two units had to be replaced during the initial two or three day install effort.

As originally noted, my equipment is working just fine.  It has been power cycled many times.   It's not a problem with my equipment; it's a problem with your database -- my receiver is no longer in your database.   I still suspect that this happened when a dead receiver was removed from my billing.
