Recently moved service and got locked into another 2 years without even being told I would be

Recently moved and moved my service as well, wasn’t given any new equipment or anything and got my bill stating I was locked in for another 2 years. Didn’t even tell me when I called to move service that they were going to do that and didn’t give me any kind of promotional offer or anything. I tried calling customer service and waited for an hour just to be told the department that could handle this matter is too busy. I need to be contacted regarding this.

nobody is going to call you You call them. This is a customer forum not direct tv. They won’t see your post. However look over the paperwork you signed after the install it says you agree to a new contract it’s been that way since directv sent it’s First signal from Space. Dish does this as well as wild blue and Hughes net
