Refund

I have been trying to get refunded $236.00 since December 2019. It’s now April 2020 and I keep getting a different reference number and told that something wasn’t done correctly by the previous agent that I spoke with on the phone. I am beyond frustrated and I as once a loyal customer for over 11 years.

I’m not sure what else I can do to get my refund that they continue to tell me is being processed.

I moved back in November, prior to moving I called to ensure that I would not be charged the relocation fee and install. I was assured that I would not be charged since I had been with the company for so long. Right before Christmas, I had a charge of $263 and was told that I was put on a two year contract which was now standard, when you move. I was blown away considering I was paying about $60 a month and never was told or agreed to another contract. I called and tried to get it taken care of but continued to get the run around, so I sent back the equipment and they told me that once they got back the equipment my refund would be sent either in a check or gift card. I got confirmation Jan. 5th or 6th, and have been trying to get a refund ever since.
