Reimbursement for NBA league pass
I was charged $39.99 in September for an early renewal of NBA league pass. Once I noticed it, I cancelled the NBA league pass subscription but have not received a refund for the $39.99 that I was already charged

I presume you paid the full bill including that League Pass installment? I don’t think you get a refund, you should have a credit for that amount on your account. Have you gotten another bill since then? The credit should be applied to that bill.

When you opt out of a seasonal subscription, the charge reverses. If this was not done until after you paid the bill in full (so including the charge), it is not refunded. It only credits the account, meaning your next bill will be that much lower.
When opted out, the reverse of the charge shows on the account normally within 48 hours.
