Restarting service after suspension

I cannot restart my service after it was suspended. I paid the bill but due to the coronavirus there is no one in the office for me to talk to you about restarting the service. Let us help you get your suspended service back up, @Rlrubio87.

When did you make payment? Did you make full payment?  Did you restart all your equipment?

Please note that if service was suspended for non payment, you need to make full payment before service is restore and it might take up to 24 hours before your payment is processed.

To get started, we suggest that you reset your DIRECTV receiver, by pressing the reset button and then wait for the receiver to reboot back.

Let us know if this helps, we're here if you need anything else!

I've also been having issues with DirectTv From AT&T, I've literally spoken with 9 different individuals from 5 separate departments all within The AT&T / DIRECT TV. All without having anything solved completely and having been disconnected a total of 4 times!! Mind you I HAVE NOT been rude to any of these individuals at any time under any circumstance, and now I'm being pushed a little bit too far... I still have no television access due to being passed from person to person, department to department, and having been told novembers payments bounced, decembers payments bounced, when INFACT NONE OF MY PAYMENTS HAVE BOUNCED with the acception of January's attempt to charge me $298.00 through autopay on my account when only $110.71 should have been attempted to have been taken out, so due to NO FAULT OF MY OWN, I now have paid a late fee and a reinstatement fee on top of my actual original accounts balance due... I'm not sure who or what can be done but in my opinion every body needs to be using the same program, the same software, whatever it is you would like to call it so that EVERYONE HAS CORRECT INFORMATION in regards to customers accounts!! It's so frustrating to not one of those rude annoying and ridiculously demanding customers and still get treated as such!! So IF POSSIBLE anyone from any department at this point can please help me get my television turned back on (yes,I made my full payment for January at 1:24AM today) I would so greatly appreciate it!

   Have a blessed day!

If calling isn't helping, it's time to file a BBB complaint. This post is over 5 years old and will be closed.

AT&T no longer owns DTV.
