Reward Card promise

I was promised (3ea) $100 gift cards when I signed up for service in November and this was the only reason I agreed to sign back up. I was told that it could be a couple of months before I received them. I just called and found that they were only finding 1 on my account, and despite the salesman telling the the conversation would be recorded, I find out that it wasn't and there is nothing I can do. I just spent 45min on the phone being transferred from different departments to have the last person in the rewards center say we had a bad connection and she was would transfer me over to her collegue, and then hung up on me. I need this resolved. Is there a resolution? Can Direct TV provide what was initially agreed upon or is this us cutting ties?
