Reward Cards
I was promised rewards card after I moved in April I never received it after a couple weeks I called after sitting on hold for 45 minutes the lady emailed me a link to the rewards page but what she sent me was total crapI finally found where I needed to go claimed my reward card again never received it 3rd time I called the representative hung up on me and never called back, 4th call I was transferred from 1 department to another I finally asked for a supervisor and was told no after being told someone would call me back within 5 minutes of course that call never came 5th time I was on hold for 2 hours the lady was pleasant and I thought helpful but again was told a bunch of crap!!! 6th call last week the representative stayed in the line with me and talked to the rewards representative I should have received the cards already but nope now they are going to disrupt my service on the 8th I do not know what to do I can't cancel my service I'm in a contract I'm so over the run around and lies I'm angry!!!!! Does anyone have any words of wisdom?? Please.

I understand your frustration in regards to everything that's happened, so let's address your issue on what you can do.
At this point, the best thing to do would be for you to contact the rewards center directly at 800-288-9983, and explain to them the situation with everything that's happened, so they can further assist you within the proper steps that they can take.

I would think 1 of the half dozen calls would have resolved everything but each times has got worse!! This has been going on since April 22nd
It's pretty bad business customer service leaves a lot to be desired between sounding like it'd be easier to cancel my service (1sr lady I spoke to) being on hold anywhere from a few minutes to 2 hours, being told I couldn't speak to a supervisor, being hung up on, transfered back and forth between departments as well as the lies and run around I think I'll cut my losses the service (customer & tv service) honestly isn't worth all the stress or continuing to be a customer so I'm refusing to pay let's see how well AT&T enjoys not getting paid I've been a customer for 5 years never missed paying nor did I pay late I feel I've been a very loyal customer I was such a good customer I was charged $199.00 to move my service all the commercials I've seen over the years implied there wasn't charges to take the service with you and how easy it is that's so far from the reality it's almost hilarious...
I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau, letting my service get shut off Ill be sure to blow smoke to the person (s) that will call trying to collect it will be fun sending the bill back undeliverable, hanging up on the person, blocking the #'s or not answering at all probably will change my #...... It's safe to say I won't be making that call assuming the # works 1 of the times I we # given I received a recording sayimg it was no longer in service!!!
AT&T & DIRECT TV IS A BIG JOKE, SCWMMERS LIARS AND INCOMPETENT!!!
FIX THE DARN PROBLEMS SO MORE PEOPLE DON'T HAVE TO GO THRU WHAT MYSELF AND OTHERS HAVE!!!??

I have called repeatedly since May 3rd and have been given the run around repeatedly!! Calling does not resolve anything other than waste your day (since you are on hold anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours) then whomever you speak to acts like they are doing something on their computer tells you that in 7 business days you will receive blah... blah... blah...... When 7 days comes you receive nothing.

I have over 50 screenshots from a chat trying to straighten this out I chatted with 6 different people (if in fact they were people and not a computer) each time I was told the standard responses about sorry to hear I'm having problems, please don't be angry, I will be the one to get you thru this today, all kinds of tales were told withing a couple minutes of being told that individual was the person to fix this they left the chat and someone else entered at one point there was a supervisor working to fix this 3 minutes later I was speaking to someone else and he had a whole team of people working to fix it on and in it went!! I don't think 5 of the 6 I spoke to were human since each time I was shuffled to the next there was ZERO wait time but between the 5th & 6th I was on hold for 45 minutes....go figure!! Yes I'm not a happy satisfied customer, I will not refer my worst enemy to Direct Tv or AT&T!!??
