Does this happen on several channels or just one? Does this affect all receivers or only one? What are the receiver model (s)?
Go to Menu, Settings, Satellite, and View Signal Strength. Wait a few seconds for the signals to populate on the screen and Document the average of signals on satellite 101 (normal to see some zeroes on transponders). Then, press the ‘+’ button to be sent to satellite 99 (ca). Do the same thing you just did, waiting for the signals to populate and then documenting the average. Then, repeat this same setup for 99 (cb), 103 (ca), and 103 (cb). By the end, you should have five different averages for five different satellites. (101, 99ca, 99cb, 103ca, and 103cb)
