Satellite is not working again

I had a tech out on Friday because we kept getting message 775. After a few hours the tech got it working. The next evening it went right back to message 775. I have done all

the trouble shooting techniques again and it will not work. As I am still paying for service that is not working and ordered a movie Saturday evening that we didn’t get to watch as that is when the service went out again I need to have this fixed and the tech back out today. I have been trying to call since Sunday morning and can not get through to a representative. Please help!!!

Have you checked the power inserter to make sure it's plugged in

Same here, Genie2 with 775 error. All troubleshooting to no avail. Yellow light still on on Genie. Can't get thru to DirecTV support.........
