Satellite Technician Appointment
I was given an appointment for a satellite technician to come out to my home between 12pm-4pm on today, 9/18/24. I was told that he would call about 30 minutes before arrival. My phone isn't allowed inside where I work so, I wasn't able to get to my phone until after I got off at 12pm. I had a text on my phone that was posted at 9:46 am. I responded shortly after 12pm via text. On my way home, the technician never called me. When I got home, my mom told me the technician just left because she told him not to start until I got home. So he put a hold on my order which ended my installation for today. I had taken off 4 hours from work for no work done today and had to reschedule for the next day! I feel like the technician dropped the ball by not calling me between the allotted times between 12pm-4pm. Thanks.
