Signed up for the free 2 month trial of HBO Max and got a $5.00 charge for HBO Max from 9/09-9/19

On my bill I see the HBO Max order for free (1 of2) months and the bill is $5.00 higher and I looked for the difference and I am already being charged from the day I ordered HBO Max until the day the bill was generated on 9/19.  How can I get this resolved?

HBO via DirecTV Satellite subscription?  

Or HBO Max subscription?

If you subscribe to HBO via DirecTV, then HBO Max is included. Otherwise your subscription is directly with HBO Max and has nothing to do with DirecTV.

I subscribed via DirecTV on my television.  And it appears on my DirecTV statement.  If I had signed up with HBO Max, it would not appear on my DirecTV statement.  Having said that, DirecTV has a special trial subscription of HBO Max and they run the add on my DirecTV screen when I pause a program.  I went to the channel on my DirecTV listing and was able to sign up for the 2 month Trial of HBO Max.  It said after 60 days my account would be charged some amount for the monthly subscription.  Herein lies the problem.  I did that on 9/9/22 and my statement has a $5.00 charge and when I looked at where the $5.00 charge came from it indicated HBO Max 9/09-9/19.  DirecTV is charging me from the day I signed up for the free trial.

You would have to contact Directv Customer service (# below) about that it is a billing issue and we are only customers like you we do not have access to your account.  Hopefully, you are able to get this resolved though.
