Stuck in eternal loop trying to renew student Sunday Ticket

This is my second year in a row with this issue, last year it was NOT fixed and I had to create a new email to get the Student Sunday Ticket.  I have attached all screen shot to accompany my issue.

Prefix: I have maintained my credentials and updated my eligibility in June to which I got a " You're eligible" but please come back in July when pricing is available for Sunday Ticket (student edition)... via https://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/mydirectv/account/myOverview.jsp .   

I come back in September, because life happened and I forgot until football season was upon us.  I log in to my account and it shows (screen shot 1)

to verify eligibility again.  Mind you I am SIGNED IN.  I go through the steps (screen shot 2)

note I deleted my personal info for the screen shots, also notice top right corner... I am STILL SIGNED IN.  I get an error that I already have an account and to "sign in" (screen shot 3),

but I AM signed in as you can see on the upper right hand corner.  This continues in perpetuity.  I called about this issue on  Monday night (pre-game) and was told it was escalated and someone would get back to me (same as last year).  BUT no one has (same as last year).

So I try troubleshooting it myself.  Knowing Sunday Ticket for Students is verified via SheerID, I think maybe it's an issue with them.  I goto Sheer ID's link for Sunday ticket U. (https://verify.sheerid.com/sunday-ticket/) login and get screen shot 4

saying I am eligible and to "click here".  It takes me back to the original directv link and the never ending loop starts again (screen shots 4, 5, and 6 are all the same process but from SheerID's link to directv).

Short of creating a New email and a NEW DirecTv account, which wreaks havoc on my SheerID account (it looks like fraud on their end), there appears to be NO solution as this issue has occurred for 2 years in a row now for me with NO resolution from DirecTV or even a response from them.

I am hopeful by providing my story and screen shots, this will show exactly what is occurring and we can get this resolved quickly.  Also, I can't be the only one with this issue.  

Lastly, I tried using Chrome, Safari, duckduckgo, and microsoft edge.  I have deleted ALL browsing history, cookies, cache... EVERYTHING from ALL browsers...  it is not a browser issue.  Also tried via my cell phone which is even more useless as it takes you from the Sunday Ticket app to DirecTV Streaming asking you to sign up for full streaming (no Sunday tickets Student access).

I am not posting this to put DirecTV on blast, I love them because they provide me football when I otherwise wouldn't get it... but PLEASE football gods let this issue be resolved WITHOUT me having to create a new email and new DirecTv account.
