Talking with them won't work.

I made payment arrangement. They said I didn't keep my end. Even when I called in advance to work things out. I've done payment arrangement with different types of companies. At&t DirecTV is the worst. You make arrangements and make sure it's confirmed before you end the call. Most companies things are good. No issues. For At&t DirecTV within a week there's a issue. Then they said you are fault because you didn't do it the right way. Anyone who reads this. Let me tell you. At&t DirecTV is great when you are current. Once you try working out with arrangements with them. That's when you get screwed. I never expected them to give me free service. I just wanted to pay my bill the best I can. Made arrangements and things still fell through. It seems even when you do arrangements you can get your service disconnected.
