The loyalty team's promised $100 credit
3 months ago my bill went up $100 so I contacted the guy who convinced me 26 months ago to switch to AT&T/DIRECT TV. He told me to contact AT&T since he no longer works for AT&T. After 5+ hours on the phone I finally ended up at the LOYALTY TEAM and that girl fix me right up I would get a $100 credit every month for 12 months. But I would have to pay the APRIL BILL in full but MAY's bill would have the first credit on it.. Well that never happened so I spent another 3 hours on the phone and finally was transfered to the LOYALTY TEAM again. The girl was so helpful she said she would have that credit on my account within the hour. That was over a week ago still no credit and now my account is pass do for a total of (you guessed it ) $100 . Since I refuse to pay more than I owe I'm sure I will be canceling my entire AT&T, DIRECT TV, INTERNET, PHONE. all of it if this is not fixed soon. Now after multiple attempts to contact anybody about anything I get either discounted or the wait time is longer than a full charge on my phone. One more thing why is there no way to e-mail AT/T or DIRECT TV could it be nobody wants a record of what's been promised.
