things to know before you order direct tv

They lie to you. be prepared for that! they charge you for things you did not order. they screw up your bill over and over. Dont worry, they usually fix it at first. but if they screw up your bill TOO many times, then they cant fix it anymore...they are only allowed to fix THERE mistakes so many times. once your account has been credited by all their mistakes, they tell you- sorry you are out of credits and we cannot fix any more of our mistakes. think about that. that means they have the ability to charge you for whatever they want, and they will be unable to fix it! does that not sound like a scam!? so i have been charged with charges that i did not authorize...and they say they cannot remove it because my account will not allow it. they always assure me that they WANT TO HELP, but they cant...and they always tell me how sorry they feel for me that i am dealing with this, and how mad they would be too. thanks, for feeling sorry for me, but thats not going to get my money back! sounds like their customers service department is aware of how bad direct tv is,  but they just pass your problems off to someone that does NOTHING TO SOLVE THEM!  This company should not be in business with the way they are scamming their customers.
